We are excited to provide everything you need to feel confident about opening your Scotty P’s restaurant. First, you and your operating principals will join us for the pre-opening training program at our corporate headquarters in North Texas. The maximum duration of this course will be five weeks, including one week of classroom training and four weeks of on-the-job training in a Scotty P’s restaurant. We’ll follow that with up to 10 days at your location – 4 days before you open and 6 days after — to make sure you are up, running and on your way. In addition, we will present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you start a fast-casual restaurant efficiently and can continue to grow effectively.
The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $668,950 to $829,700 for a single location. This includes a $37,500 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
